In the near future, we are having all the balconies resurfaced. The purpose of this is to extend the warranty on the surface and to prevent damage to the structure. The contractor is in the process of making a schedule, which will be publicized as soon as I get it.  

 

In order for the work to be done, the balconies will need to be completely empty for a couple of days. The contractor will work hard to stick to the schedule to minimize the inconvenience.
